We feel entitled to complain with them while with private sector we don&amp;#39;t which is ironic as private sector also relies on our business (= money) to run their events. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also we expect public sector to be more corrupt which means when one of those technical difficulties comes along, we simply think that someone pocketed the available funding and given the job to someone who bribed them. Yes, festivals are a fix. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Last year at Goa, I couldn&amp;#39;t help thinking how most of the film festival audience behaves very much like an Indian &amp;#39;baraat&amp;#39;.
